CONCLUSION

The London hub for Sotheby’s demonstrates once again its unique positioning on the global map of watch auctions. Unlike other auctions of this season at Sotheby’s, Rolex comes in first position on our dashboard with more than half of the total of the sale. Interestingly enough Piaget comes in third position on the podium which demonstrates also the dynamics behind vintage watches signed by the iconic Swiss brand.
