BEST RESULTS

Lot 130 : Patek Philippe ref. 5016P, Tourbillon model, platinum perpetual calendar minute repeating tourbillon wristwatch with Breguet numerals, retrograde date, moon phases and additional solid case back, sold for 471 000 $ USD.

Lot 150 : Patek Philippe ref. 3450, 18k gold automatic perpetual calendar wristwatch with moon phases and leap year indication, retailed by par Tiffany & Co, sold for 350 000 $ USD.

BEST PERFORMANCES

Lot 69 : Audemars Piguet ref. 25820, stainless steel automatic perpetual calendar wristwatch with moon phases and bracelet, or 217% variation between the low estimate and the final result (47 500 $ USD).

Lot 41 : Hermès, Slim d’Hermès Marche du Zambèze model, 18k white gold and mother-of-pearl automatic limited edition wristwatch with painted dial, or 217% variation between the low estimate and the final result (47 500 $ USD).

Lot 107 : Various Brands, a lot of two 18k gold ppenface pocket watches. The first: Vacheron Constantin, formerly belonging to french hotelier, Charles C. Ritz. The second: L. Leroy & Cie, a split seconds chronograph, formerly belonging to american novelist Ernest Hemingway, or 192% variation between the low estimate and the final result (43 750 $ USD).

On the second step of the podium, with a 200 000 $ USD watch, average per lot 75 708 $ USD..

Vacheron Constantin
On the third step of the podium, with a watch passing the 300 000 $ USD mark, average per lot 173 125 $ USD.

These three brands represent total proceeds of 4 971 000 $ USD, or more than 75% of total sales.

AVERAGE PRICE PER LOT

Taking into account the number of lots, 150 in total, including 32 unsold lots, the average price of one lot was 55 015 $ USD.

This sale demonstrated once again the dynamism of the market in the auctions, we can note the presence in the top trio of the following brands : Patek Philippe, Rolex and Vacheron Constantin.
