Ader Watches with our best season’s greetings: « THE XMAS AW AUCTION »

 In News

Dear friends, collectors and amateurs,

At the end of this year, I wanted to thank each one of you for supporting while as well encouraging the development of the digital platform aderwatches.com, which today presents its new version.

Throughout the year we made you enjoy the spirit of auctions between major capitals of the watch market in Geneva, Hong Kong, New York, London, Monaco and Dubai, with a rain of new records of all kinds.

Undoubtedly the best prize this year is attributed to the star auctioneer Aurel Bacs and his legendary record for Paul Newman’s Rolex Daytona “Paul Newman” sold at Phillips last October in New York for more than 17.5 million dollars.

That is why we have imagined new tools for you market players and brands that will allow you to follow all statistics and reports on the watch auction market, thanks to our new auction-by-auction dashboard The Auction Report.

This new digital tool will also be the means for watch brands to take the pulse of the auction market, to identify the brand’s potential in the world of vintage watches, as well as the growing influence of independent watchmakers most recently.

The concept, the approach, the advisor remains the key words of our expertise to make you understand the world of auctions, in all its forms from the most traditional way to its most innovative means.

With our best season’s greetings, we hope 2018 will be the theater scene of discoveries on the auction block, we will also encourage everyone to have a look on the new digital scene with timed online only auctions, but the live auctioneer needs to remain above all the best of all entertainers.

If auctions oscillate between tradition and innovation at the end of this year, we chose deliberately to illustrate the auction in its traditional way using the talents of the digital artist, Teun Van Heerebeek, Watches and Pencils, who imagined our digital greetings card, THE XMAS AW AUCTION , a magical moment between enthusiasts, as it should always be for watch auctions.
