BEST RESULTS
Lot 77 : Rolex, ref. 6538, Big Crown Submariner model, a stainless steel centre seconds wristwatch with tropical dial, sold for 359 872 $ USD.
Lot 99 : George Daniels, a yellow gold automatic centre seconds wristwatch with date and its slim co-axial escapement, sold for 262 680 $ USD.
BEST PERFORMANCES
Lot 61 : Piaget, a yellow gold oval form pendant watch with tiger’s eye dial, case 265523, or 775% variation between the low estimate and the final result (45 969 $ USD).
Lot 97 : a white gold, platinum and diamond-set bracelet watch, n°13075, or 567% of variation between the low estimate and the final result (52 536 $ USD).
Lot 96 : Cartier, a white gold and diamond-set bracelet watch, n°43523, or 447% variation between the low estimate and the final result (57 461 $ USD).

CONCLUSION
This sale at Sotheby’s in London confirms once again that Piaget is the subject of much attention from collectors, estimates were sprayed by a vintage necklace with tiger eye dial, which further demonstrates that this feminine brand par excellence is to be followed in watch auctions to come.
