BEST PERFORMANCES

Lot :51 The MB&F Horological Machine No2 watch (reference 20.DT) was estimated at between USD 20,141 and USD 40,283 and sold for USD 127,842. The percentage ratio between the low estimate and the sale price was approximately 535%.

Lot :68 The L’Epée aluminum and stainless steel mechanical table clock, “Grenade” model (reference S0.0021/290), was estimated at between USD 2,370 and USD 4,740 and sold for USD 15,048. The percentage ratio between the low estimate and the sale price is approximately 535%.

Lot :70 The Atelier Wen Perception “Pièce Unique” watch was estimated at between USD 2,962 and USD 5,924 and sold for USD 18,052. The percentage ratio between the low estimate and the sale price is approximately 509%.

Occupying first place in the sale’s best price ranking, Patek Philippe realized the sale’s best figure of $1,224,070 USD.

Audemars Piguet

Occupying second place in the sale’s top-price ranking, Audemars Piguet achieved a figure of $565,766 USD.

Rolex

With a watch that fetched $225,704 USD, Rolex was the third best performing brand in the sale, with a result of $373,917 USD.

These three brands accounted for total proceeds of $2,163,753 USD, or 62% of the total sale.

AVERAGE PRICE PER LOT

Given the number of lots, 70 in all, including 0 unsold lots, the average price of a lot was $49870 USD.

CONCLUSION
