DAYTONA « PAUL NEWMAN » REF. 6262, lot 119
Introduced in 1970, reference 6262 is one of the rarest on the market. Because it was produced for only 2 years, from 1970 to 1971, it is a highly prized collector’s item. With its superb “Panda” tri-color “Paul Newman” dial, this watch has all the assets of a fine collector’s item. Offered with an estimate of €80,000 / 120,000, this Daytona is well known to the market, having been acquired by its current owner at the Antiquorum sale in Geneva on October 11, 2003.
PATEK PHILIPPE
CALENDRIER PERPÉTUEL VS NAUTILUS 3700, lots 58 & 100
Many Patek Philippe timepieces are on offer at this sale. Among the most exclusive timepieces, enthusiasts will be able to choose between complication and design. Under lot no. 58, a white gold perpetual calendar with clous de Paris bezel is estimated at €20,000 / €30,000. This model, referenced 5139G-001, is no longer available in the brand’s collections.
An exceptional Nautilus reference 3700, a cult model from the Manufacture, equipped with the 28-255 C caliber, this model was serviced at the Patek Philippe workshops. Estimated at €60,000 / €100,000, it is one of the most exciting pieces in the sale.
F.P. JOURNE
OCTA DIVINE, lot 90
Introduced in 2003 to the F.P. Journe collections, the Octa Divine model was produced only until 2021. Equipped with the 1300-2 caliber, this platinum version was manufactured in 2006. Completely overhauled in 2020 by the F.P Journe workshops, this watch is offered with an estimate of €30,000 / €50,000 and comes with its certificate of origin and presentation box.
BULGARI X MOVADO
L’HORLOGERIE FÉMININE EN VEDETTE, lot 34
A particularly interesting selection of women’s watches is on offer at this sale. The eye of jewelry specialist Marie-Amélie Chotard has selected several emblematic signatures, including Bulgari, Piaget or Cartier. Among the remarkable pieces, a Serpenti cuff with 3-row Tubogas bracelet bearing the double Movado signature is not to be missed! Estimated at between €10,000 and €15,000, this bracelet that tells the time is a vintage piece that is increasingly rare on the market.
